Delivery and Returns
Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 business days.But due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) delivery may get affected. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive SMS or email from our courier partner for tracking the order.

Shipping is free on prepaid orders only. We charge Rs. 100 per order for COD. For COD enter your address and Pin code on the checkout page to check if COD is available in your location.
Since we have kept shipping charges free, customer has to pay no duty.
Yes, we accept payments from international credit cards. We ship to UAE as of now. International shipping rates will be available on the checkout page. For international shipping policy and charges.



Orders
Customer can cancel the order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. After that one can only return or exchange the product.

To make changes in order customer can contact us and we can guide them throughout required process.

We dispatch all our products within 24hrs of receiving order. And most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive SMS or email from our courier partner for tracking the order. Some delays might occur as we open up during COVID.

You will receive the refund in the same format as you paid within 2-3 working days.

You can contact us from contact us page or call us and send us some details regarding what went wrong. Images would be very useful. We will replace the product.

Due to technical error or stock limitation if customer receives partial order, the same will be noted in the invoice. We will ship the product immediately as the item is in stock. You may cancel and ask for a refund or a credit note for future use if you do not want the late shipped item any more.
