In case of prepaid orders, full payment will be credited to customer original payment mode post receipt of the items in its original packing. For COD, the credit will be done to your bank account as per your instructions. All refunds will be done within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the returned items. You may also opt for a store credit which will be given in a form of a discount coupon valid for a period of one year.
