Delivery and Returns

1. When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Ans. Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 business days. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive sms or email from our courier partner for tracking the order.

Payments

1. Which payment methods are accepted?

Ans. We accept payments from all major banks credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI. We also accept COD for a wide range of locations.

2. How much will I be charged for shipping?

Ans. Shipping is free on prepaid orders only COD charges are there - Rs 100 per order.

3. Are duties included in shipping fees?

Ans. Since we have kept shipping charges free , customer has to pay no duty

4. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Ans. Yes we accept payments from international credit cards. We are soon going to announce our international shipping.

1. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Ans. Customer can cancel the order before it’s dispatched from our warehouse. After that one can only return or exchange the product.

2. How can I check the status of my order?

Ans. We dispatch all our products within 24hrs of receiving order. And most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive sms or email from our courier partner for tracking the order

7. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Ans. Due to technical error or stock limitation if customer receives partial order they can call us directly. We will ship the product immediately as the item is in stock.
